Nanjing Panda Mechanical and Electrical Manufacture Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in design, production and service of sheet metals and stampings, as well as system integration of communication cabinets.

The company has such departments as Production Department, Technical Quality Department, Comprehensive Management Department and Market Department, among which, the Technical Department is subdivided into Process Room and Development Room with more than 30 technicians and strong design capabilities.

Having passed ISO9001-2000 Quality System Certification in 2002, the company boasts sound quality assurance system, with several quality engineers and ten-odd quality inspectors engaged in such work as system maintenance and quality control.

The company possesses more than 15,000 square meters of factory buildings, including around one hundred square meters of ESD assembly production line. Metal Sheet Workshop is equipped with 4 Japanese AMADA CNC punches, 4 CNC bending machines, 2 CNC shearing machines, 1 laser cutting machine, about 40 units of spot welding and welding equipment, 2 German OBO stud welding machines and 1 German TOX riveting machine. Stamping workshop is provided with over 40 units of 6.3t~630t punches and oil presses, 1 Japanese AMADA 80t automatic feeding high-speed punch and 25-meter automatic stamping production line. The company also has one spray-coating production line collaboratively set with Japanese NAP Corporation. It enjoys powerful processing capabilities in plate processing, surface treatment and system integration.

At present, the company has established desirable cooperative relationship with such well-known international large corporations as Ericsson, Kubota, Andrew and A.O.SMITH. And it stands ready to continuously provide domestic and foreign customers with optimum supporting products and services.
