 Huage Company held an outward bound training of “nothing is impossible” for one and half a day in late June. 140 employees took part in training, which is continuer of training of “looking for the method only for the success” in the last year. This training focused on field outward bound training compared to one of the last year, position is located in field outward bound training camp in the scenic park of Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s Mausoleum. The objective is to cultivate the sense of cooperation and the sprit of enterprising, upgrade the personality and quality of personnel trained, psychology quality and team spirit by unique professional outdoor outward bound training.
All members of the team have put on the uniform military camouflage clothing, and were divided into six teams which represented by the six different color flags and has own team flag, team song as well as slogan respectively. The activities included five major items such as be unexpected rescued from a desperate situation (across the wall with 4 metres high), believe us, through life and death line, roaming along the path of life and go to the path to success
“Huage ” will be more enterprising, harmonic and joyous by the outward bound training. Every member of team felt the closely cooperation between teams, sincerely friendship between colleagues, mutually trusts and concern among people in the activities with the applause, laugh, paying and sweat. The unique training made every employee’ enthusiasm soar. Many of them said it’s not a really competition and training, but a joyous sharing, a harmonic physical and intellectual activities, everybody would help each other, support each other, go to the path to success together in the future.
