Hua Ge Company Die & Mold Processing Center Was Established and Put into Production

In recent years, Hua Ge Company developed rapidly, gradually transferred from the auxiliary processing to high value-added production such as precision injection molding. To meet the requirements of production and development, the company decided to establish die & mold processing and maintenance center. Now the center is normal established and put into production. Die & mold processing center project was set up in April, last year. The center is equipped with 2 processing center (CNC) with the advanced world level, 3 EDM wire-cutting machines, 2 slow wore-cutting machines and 8 auxiliary equipments such as projection. Its key equipments are procured bidding by international bidding center. The project occupied a total area of 1000 square meters, invested a capital of RMB 10,000,000. With the establishment of die & mold processing center project, Hua Ge Company has the capability of independently developing die & mold, self-maintaining die & mold (included precision die & mold) and cleaning die & mold, and is capable of manufacturing precision and small ordinary injection mold. It provides an support for the company to manufacture die & mold. Hua Ge Company will continue to raise the capability of processing die & mold. It will strengthen its own strength in die 7 mold maintenance, making the customers to trust company’s comprehensive capabilities of processing and manufacturing much more. In order to greatly improve the company’s competitive edge in injection molding market, the company will enhance the development of high precision metal processing for sustainable growing in the near future. .
