STB Company’s After-Sale Service Department Services Sincerely and Wins the Customers’ Trust

To meet the demands of Nanjing urban switch to cable digital TV, After-sale service department under Panda STB Company established presently undertakes the key task serving the customers. With the sincere heart to serve the customers, every member of the after-sale service department have overcome difficulties and withstood the pressure for half year, kept to the ordinary posts, won the customers’ trust with excellent & quick services and absorbed work spirit
After-sale service department under STB Company is a young team just established last year, members come from the various units of the factory, most of them have not experiences for engaging in service work. In order to meets the market requirement as soon as possible and good service over 200,000 customers of the whole city, which held PANDA STB, they study diligently, study intensively business skill, now many of them can take charge of field work.
Many customers are not familiar with STB due to the different reception mode. The girls of after-sale service department undertake the tasks of explain, consultation and direction. They are going on two shifts every day, received patiently the customers’ coming calls and directed carefully the customers to operation, never tired of doing these and without complaint.
To the convenient the customers’ visits, STB company set up 4 service network stations, of which, Xia Guan service station covers a wide range from south Re He road to Din Huai Men, Dong Jing Tin, almost covers a quarter of Nanjing city.  Due to short of personnel, two service staffs of Xia Guan service station under after-sale service department overcame difficulties, worked up to over 10 hours every day, enthusiastically served the customers in Xia Guan district. They had never asked any problems to the company, delayed a service, and complete the task splendidly. They received praise and commendation from leaders of the company.
In order to do customer service, STB Company after-sale service personnel of are good at using the brain, trying to find solution, and innovating work mode. In view of TV signal interference occurred in the customer’s home, they offered filters; in view of there is no AV channel in the old TV set, they offered A/V converters; in view of the customers not at home, they offered “warm tips” convenient for the customers; in view of old people not connecting the peripheral equipment, they helped actively the customers connect all equipment, and set the customers’ favorite channels, convenient for the customers’ select programs. All these reflected the sincere service idea “A loving heart for customers” of members of Panda.
This spring festival is the first one for Panda STB receiving examination. To not influence the customers to receive spring festival digital TV programs, some of STB after-sale service staffs gave up the opportunity to reunite with their family members in such a great holiday. They prepared the visiting route, dispatched qualified service engineers. If the customers in urban area, they will visit to solution in the first time without over half of the day.
Through sincerely and timely after-sale services in half a year, Panda STBs had already taken root in the Nanjing citizen's heart. Many citizens’ the second and the third STB select all PANDA.
