The past year 2006 is a harvest one for FA Company. The company developed new COD full automatic online water quality analyzer, set up two new projects, fully fulfilled the targets of the whole year. It has found a good base for the company to make greater achievements in this year. At present, the whole management and employees of the company is taking advantage of the favorable situation and strive to have a new development in a new year.
In recent years, the company speeds up R & D of new products while actively exploiting the market. In the final trial phase of developing new COD full automatic water quality online analyzer, the R & D and assemble personnel do all experiments every day and often work overtime until at ten o’clock at night. To make final success and pass appraisal of project, the technical personnel busied constantly for several months. When developing reflow oven, technical personnel of development department under the company moved the computer into the assemble workshop. They refined while designing drawing, worked late daily, they have no rest in New Year’s holiday. Because of no air-condition in assembly workshop, greater room and lower indoor temperature in winter, technical personnel warmed themselves only with several small warmers, several designers were all taken ill successively. In such difficult conditions, technical personnel fulfilled several hundreds drawings in one and half month time. It provides guarantee for the progress of the project.
The company increased tasks of R & D of new products this year. It ‘s busier than last year. Along with the launching of new products, FA Co. will be changed from auxiliary equipment supplier into a supplier providing SMT production line key equipment. The core competition edge of the company will be increased enormously.
The electronics processing workshop under the company was moved to suburb, it is also very busy working scene. The orders from Ericsson are more than before, so employees gave up rest since New Year’s holidays, they worked overtime so as to ensure to finish the task of processing on schedule.
