Description: Based on the PANDA QB-N-60C crystal chip automatic sorting system, Nanjing Panda Instrument & Meter Co., Ltd. developed PANDA QB-N-60D Crystal Chip Automatic Sorting System. Technologies such as “high precision dial orientation, to-and-fro cam controllable up electrode, and specialized network testing instrument” are utilized in this system, featuring “exact and fast orientation, stable and exact test, convenient zero adjustment. It is suitable for the testing of various kinds of chips. Self-designed special network analyzer and DDS are utilized in this system. As compared to traditional impedance meter, the accuracy of frequency measurement is improved, the frequency measurement range is expanded, and have the capacity of measuring mixed wave and spurious frequency. Chip unloading uses magnetic inverting technology, thus improving the accuracy of the falling chip position. Especially as compared to QB-N-60C, the size of small dial become smaller, 8 ceramics loops are reduced to 6, so the stability of small dial chip transfer and test have been highly increased. The system has self-owned IPR.
