Founded in 1936 amist national disaster, Panda Electronics Group Co., Ltd.
(original Nanjing Radio Factory), grew up in long years of hardship, witnesses
the national electronics industry growing from nothing to something, from we
akness to strong, has developed and expanded constantly in cherishing and
reform, has come out in the front of the top of 100 largest enterprises of el
ectronics industry in China for 20 consecutive years. A share-controled enter
prise of the Company, Nanjing Panda Electronics Co., Ltd. was listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and Shanghai Stock Exchange respectively in 1996, became the first listing enterprise in Chinese electronics industry with both H shares and A shares. Leaders of the Party and the State, including Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao, inspected the enterprise, showed kind concern and ardent expectation.
