After the Urban Transportation Technology Development Center of Nanjing was moved to the 8th floor of No.54 building in the beginning of the year, staff have been working for the ACC project of Nanjing Metro and the AFC system of Nanjing Metro Line 2 with even greater enthusiasm. The two projects have entered their respective implementation phases on schedule. Nanjing Panda Information Industry Group is striving to make continuous breakthroughs in the urban rail transportation field and industrial development.
In the new work environment, the members the Software Development Department, Engineering Department and Technical Service Department are busy implementing the projects, and the Software Development Department is developing different modules. The ACC project has had four design liaison meetings with Metro owner, line contractors and other parties. The meetings agreed on solutions for some key problems and confirmed the technical routes for the major problems between ACC project and different lines of Nanjing Metro. A series of technical standards for Nanjing Metro line network in terms of communication protocol, transaction data structure, ticket/card data structure, security key system, ticket/card inventory management have been formed. The detailed designs for some technical details are under way. The Engineering Department has sorted out the IBM equipment for the ACC project of Nanjing Metro and confirmed the procurement and installation contracts. For the ACC project, the Engineering Department has compiled related project management files and undertaken four preliminary ACC/AFC united design liaison meetings and the discussions on formal liaisons, taken part in the TVM design and the internal technical discussions of the union and confirmed various standards. In addition, safety education has been given to all staff of ACC and AFC projects.
When implementing the projects, the Technical Service Department adjusted and debugged the AFC station equipment of Nanjing Metro Line 1. The technicians attended sites to solve problems, doing well in after-sales service. When power failure occurred to the gates in the southern hall of Maigaoqiao Station, the maintenance personnel cooperated with the employees of Nanjing Metro to carry out inspections of all gates along the line and solved the problem in only three nights, earning praise by the leaders of Nanjing Metro.
The interface issue between ACC project and lines has been standardized and key topics have been discussed after a design liaison meeting. According to the schedule set down at the meeting, the interface testing will start from March. The business contract for key management system has been signed. |
