 The 3rd China (Nanjing) International Software Products Expo was opened at Nanjing International Exhibition Center on September 1. Panda, together with other domestic and foreign software enterprises such as Microsoft, Oracle, Ericsson and Huawei, displayed in the famous brand exhibition area. There was a total of 324 software and information technology enterprises from 30 countries and regions gathered in Nanjing, “China’s Famous City of Software Industry”, to promote their companies, launch their latest software, show achievements, and seek cooperation and development opportunities.
Panda has in recent years made great achievements in software development and application fields. In 2007, it was ranked 6th among China’s top 100 software enterprises. At the expo, Panda made an impact with its products, such as ACC rail transport clearing system, embedded communication system software, LCD high definition digital television, DVB digital set-top box, TD-SCDMA multi-mode mobile phone, MP3, MP4, digital photo frame, and cash register, drawing the attention of guests and professionals from around the world. The Panda innovative software, especially ACC rail transport settlement and distribution system and DVB digital set-top box (designed originally for the digital entire translation of Nanjing cable televisions), made people stop in front of the booth and enquire. The crowded booth of the Group added color to the expo. During the expo, Xu Guofei, Panda General Manager, and Deng Weiming and Zhu Lifeng, Vice General Managers, and other leaders viewed the exhibition of Panda products.
