The Digital Technology Company of Nanjing Panda Information Industry Co Ltd has announced that it has signed a contract to export 100,000 digital photo frames to America. According to the contract, all of the products must be finished and delivered before April 8 this year. Such a large order almost equaled six months output of the Manufacturing Department in the past, but must be fulfilled within 2 months. It was obviously a tough task. While completing the manufacture of the digital photo frames, the Manufacturing Department must also undertake the production of set-top boxes, other types of electronic photo frames, and card readers.
Mr. Liu Weibin, General Manager of the company, said that after finishing the large order, the company would continue to pursue market expansion. It would increase the added-value of digital photo frames, with such functions as Internet radio and multifunctional easy-to-use PC, so as to enhance the market competitiveness of Panda digital photo frames.
