On October 16, the 7th Electronic Manufacturer Exposition grandly unveiled in Suzhou International Expo Center. Luo Zhijun, Governor of Jiangsu province, Jiang Yaoping, vice minister of the Ministry of Commerce, and Wang Rong, standing committee member of Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and secretary of Suzhou Municipal Committee of CPC, and other leaders were present at the opening ceremony. CEC Panda organized and led eight companies under it such as ‘Panda’ to attend the Electronic Manufacturer Exposition.
The exposition attracted 630 Chinese and foreign IT manufacturers and service providers and 150,000 visitors. As a backbone enterprise of CEC Panda, Panda Group focused on the show of urban rail transport technology, LCD flat panel display technology and terminals, 3G mobile communication terminals, digital set-top boxes, fiscal cash register, digital photo frames, wireless network cards and other technology products in a brand-new lineup, demonstrating green science and technology and digital life to audience. Moreover, it revealed Panda ACC and AFC rail transport technology with a huge exhibition board of 70 square meters.
After the opening of the exposition, Jiang Yaoping, vice minister of the Ministry of Commerce came to visit the exhibition space of CEC Panda, and Xie Zhicheng, executive deputy general manager of CEC Panda, offered an on-site introduction to various products of the Group and main business development plan of CEC Panda in the next few years. Jiang Yaoping fully affirmed the efforts and achievements CEC Panda has made in innovation and application of electronic information technology during the recent years, and paid special attention to the development of “Panda” flat panel TV and 3G mobile phone.
During the exposition, Zhou Weiqiang, vice mayor of Suzhou and other leaders came to the exhibition space of CEC Panda, asking about “Panda” AFC and ACC systems. The exhibition has enhanced the popularity of such software systems and products of “Panda” as urban rail transport, digital set-top boxes of CATV and fiscal cash registers. Such fashionably designed consumer electronic products as flat panel TVs, 3G mobile phones, digital photo frames left a good impression on audience, which effectively enhanced “Panda” brand image.
