The new Panda Group Service System, jointly created by the group's call centers, starts operation in October, and will result in better customer management and maintenance service for Panda products.
The new service system covers hot line service, customer data, product information, maintenance management, fittings and settlement, service via mobile phone messages, and technical support. Initially, the after-sales service of the Panda’s main products will start operating and the maintenance service of all Panda products will be added gradually, thus making the maintenance service and logistics management of the products more efficient and standardized, and promising better after-sales service and better reputation for the Panda brand and Panda products.
